Sir Fratley, also known as Iron-Tail Fratley, is a skilled Dragon Knight from Burmecia
and Freya's long lost love. He left Burmecia in order to find challengers tougher
than him, hoping to come across Beatrix, and in doing this he hoped
to build his skills so he could protect Burmecia when the time comes.
He promised Freya he would return. It has been 5 years, and he has still not returned.
When Cleyra is attacked,Fratley appears and helps Zidane,Freya,and group
fight the black mages. Freya is devastated when she learns he
suffers from amnesia and does not even remember her.
In the end,he still has not completely regained his memory although he
does return to Burmecia and helps rebuild it. He also stays with Freya even
though he does not completely remember their past together.
