Ten Tips For Better Health:

Move Your Body-
Exercise twenty minutes a day, three times a week. If you can't, take the stairs and skip the elevater, or go for a walk with your family or dog.

Including cheeseburgers and salty deli meats. Use reduced fat dairy products, and limit how much mayonaise or butter you use.

Exercisem try meditation, go for a walk, listen to music,or just close your eyes and take some deep breathes, you'll feel better.
